Shepard's Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes up, cook 20-25 min in water. Cook garlic in butter. Mash potatoes and add garlic, butter and milk.

Chop and fry onion and carrot in oil. When cooked but not brown, add kidney beans, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, frozen vegetables, add Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Cook until warm and bubbly - 10 minutes. Put in a 9x9 container, mound mashed potatoes on top, cover with cheese, sprinkle with paprika. cook for 30 minutes.
