Dutch Nutmeg Cookies

Cream butter, sugar and spices until fluffy. Add flour and sour cream alternately. Shape into logs and refrigerate until hard (2 hours or more.)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Slice logs and place the rounds on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Wait a few minutes for them to cool before taking them off the pan. Don't wait too long or they will crumble.
