Meatloaf

For the glaze: Mix ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar; set aside.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Saute until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Mix eggs with thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce and yogurt. Add egg mixture to meat in a large bowl along with oatmeal and cooked onion and garlic. Mix until evenly blended. I use my hands.

Pat meat into a ball and turn onto a foil lined broiling pan bottom. Pat mixutre into a 9x5 loaf shape. Brush with half the glaze and drape bacon over.

Bake until bacon is crisp and internal temperature of loaf is 160 degrees about 1 15 minutes. Cool at least 20 minutes. Serve with warm glaze.
