• 1/2 pound chocolate wafers
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 6 oz melted semisweet chocolate
• 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
• 3 Tablespoons flour
• 4 teaspoons vanilla, divided
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 Tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend cookie crumbs and butter. Press mixture on bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 2 1/2 springfrom pan. Cook for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in 1 cup sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy. Blend in melted chocolate, cream , vanilla and flour. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour. Cool on rack. blend sour cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 Tablespoons sugar. Pour on top and then refrigerate overnight.
